The French steamer S.N.A.1 sank after colliding with the British SS Thurston off Land’s End.  The Thurston rescued the crew of S.N.A.1, but was then sunk by U29.

U-29 also sank the British MV Pacific Reliance, carrying aircraft parts from the USA

In Finland the fighting around Viipuri continued.

The British government set the maximum working hours in factories for under-16s to 48 hours per week and for women at 60 hours per week.

Game day 185.  Neutral countries.

All neutral nations accumulated their Industrial Resource Points.  Many of these countries could now raise at least six infantry battalions if attacked.
