Western White Russia was incorporated into the Soviet Republic of Byelorussia. 

The German ambassadors to Rome and Moscow were recalled to Berlin.

A Jewish refugee from Vienna brought news to Britain of the conditions in the Dachau concentration camp.

Game day 63. Japan

Japan received no new forces, the industrial capacity being devoted to a new carrier flotilla, already in construction.

A convoy sailed to Kyoto, where 1st armoured Armoured Corps embarked.  3rd Infantry Corps continued north-west towards Peking.
