Turkey broke off talks for a Russo-Turkish defence treaty.

German aircraft attacked the British naval base at Scapa Flow.  The depot ship HMS Iron Duke was damaged and beached.

Game day 47.  France

2nd Infantry Corps moved up to the German border.  In Indo-China 2nd Foreign Legion moved east towards the border with Kwangtung.
