Germany announced a blockade of the United Kingdom.  British codes were cracked, so they knew where convoys would assemble.

India postponed plans for federation.

Game day 11: USSR begins to move.

USSR received 27 IPCs, but only one industrial centre existed, in Russia itself.  The 8 IPCs were allocated to a new Infantry corps and a new armoured corps, ready for October 1st.  Meanwhile, in agreement with the secret pact made with Hitler and Stalin’s plans for Finland, the Russian forces in Karelia, Caucasus and Russia began to move westwards.
